A seasoned professional with decades of diverse experience, Marsha is originally from Alabama and raised in Walnut Hill, Florida, and has now returned to her roots after residing in Georgia for a period of time. She has been an integral part of our real estate closing team for the past 2 years, bringing with her skills gained from working in banking, the legal industry (disability law, family law, and real estate law) and tax collections. Marsha oversees the post-closing process at our law firm with precision and care. Her responsibilities include issuing title policies, recording transaction documents, disbursing records to clients, and managing closed transaction files, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
Marsha's career journey is marked by a deep commitment to community service through law. In addition to her professional achievements, she is a devoted mother and proud grandmother. Following her children reaching adulthood, Marsha pursued a 2-year associate’s degree in accounting, displaying her dedication to continuous learning and professional development. Her path embodies resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in both personal and professional spheres.
